TO GROW
"Talk to older people without disrespecting them, even if they mistreat you with words" (teachers, neighbors, relatives. Do not do it with strangers).
This activity, performed frequently, can generate anger control, assertiveness, gentleness, self-confidence and security, empathy and awareness of individuality.

Establish dialogue with people older than you. Suggest with respect that they maintain different attitudes regarding their children, the community, teachers, school, care for the environment.
If the reaction is negative and they disrespect you, remain silent and lower your head. The next day, very carefully, communicate your sadness for what happened and, if the conditions are right, suggest that, if they do not respect children and young people, they are causing them to disrespect them, even if you do not do so.
If you are 18 years old or older and someone older than you disrespects you, you don't have to wait until the next day, unless the person is quite upset or if they are your parents. You should wait for them to calm down.
Learn to handle these situations. BE ASSERTIVE. Being assertive is being aware of the rights that correspond to you and those that correspond to others. It means not trying to manipulate others, or allowing anyone to manipulate you.
Assertiveness and empathy prevent antisocial behavior and delinquency.

THEMA
"In competitions of any kind, when you win, do not humiliate your opponent and when you lose, do not break down."
This attitude, repeated frequently in your daily activities, can generate anger control, patience, empathy, wisdom, solidarity, improvement, sacrifice and prudence.

Organize informal competitions in your neighborhood for marbles, basketball (21), hoops, Nintendo, cards, physical skills, etc. Observe your internal reactions when you win and when you lose. Be tenacious, act according to the THEMA.
What happens when you feel cornered and you convince yourself that your reasons are not valid? What happens to you when you feel that others do not want to accept that your criteria are true? And when they accept that they are wrong, what happens to you?
If you are 18 years old or older, organize discussions at home, at school or university, and in your neighborhood about specific events in politics, sports, economics, etc. or about politicians, artists, television programs, famous people, etc. Listen carefully to the opinions of others. Later, present your own.
